Dogwood Festival 2025

Vendor booth price:

•  Vendor Space $200. All spaces are outdoor. 

Vendor placement:

• City Park (intersection of N. Mt. Olive St. & W. University St.)
• Bob Henry Park (on N. Maple between W. University St. & Benton St.)
• W. University St. (Between Mt. Olive St. and Maple St.)
• The Masonic Lodge property, which connects the two parks
• Wright St between University and Ashley St 

Electricity is available BUT limited, comes as a first come first serve basis

Informational Booths are not allowed

ALL applications will go through an approval process through our DWF committee. If an application is declined, a full refund will be issued. If you choose to drop out of the festival before March 15th a refund will be given, after 3/15 no refunds will be given. 

Park Food Booth Pricing: 

•  Vendor Space (10' X 10') $200

Concession Booth Pricing:

• $250 per attraction

 Food vendors must pay a 15% commission

on total daily sales from all 3 days

Differences between Park Food & 

Concession Booths

•  Concession Vendor - located in a designated food court area. Concession vendors require additional electrical needs and have a trailer or other approved stand. 
• Park Food Vendor - located somewhere other than the food court in an outdoor craft vendor booth. Park Food vendors do not require special electrical, do not have trailer and do not have more than three menu items. 

 Vendor placement:

• American Legion Community Building Parking (110 N. Mount Olive Street) 
• Bob Henry Park (on N. Maple between W. University St. & Benton St.)

Health Requirements:

• All food vendors are required to have a health permit and will be inspected by the local Health Department.

Attraction pricing:

• $225 for first attraction
• $100 for every attraction there after
• FunZone & Food vendors must pay a 15% commission on total daily sales

The 3rd Annual Dogwood Pancake Eating Contest is sponsored by Siloam Springs Kiwanis Club and ihop, and takes place Saturday morning, April 27th at 9:30am.

The Dogwood Festival Pageant, sponsored by Black Hills Energy, is a community favorite every year! This event takes place Saturday morning, April 27th at 10:00am in the American Legion Community Building, located at 110 N Mt. Olive!

The Dogwood Doxie Relay, sponsored by Marcy's Grooming, is one of our favorite events! This event will be held at the Tails and Trails Dog Park, located at the West end of Bob Henry Park on Benton St on Saturday, April 27th at 3:00pm. 

Cost to participate is $10 per dog, and you can register your doxie by clicking on the photo above! 

The Dogwood Duck Race, sponsored by DaySpring, is the most exciting five minutes of the Festival every year! Join us at the University Bridge on Sunday afternoon, April 28th, at 1:30pm as we drop 1,000 plastic ducks into the creek in a race down to the finish line!

Ducks can be purchased for $5 each by clicking on the photo above. Ducks are randomly assigned. Winners will be announced from the stage immediately following the race. Winners do not have to be present to win.
