ADVOCACY

We represent our members and our community at City Hall, the State Capitol, and in Washington, DC. Working with our Government Affairs Committee, we get input from citizens and business leaders. In addition, we provide current information through public forums, candidate interviews, and legislative briefings.

City Board of Directors

There are 7 members constituting the Board of Directors. The board serves as both the legislative and executive body of the city government. Four Board of Director members are assigned to a ward in which they live and three members represent the entire population as at-large, and are not restricted to a ward.
