PRESIDENT & CEO
Randy Torres serves as the President & CEO of the Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce, where he leads the organization’s strategic direction, membership engagement, advocacy efforts, and community development initiatives. Appointed in August 2025, Randy brings a strong background in economic development, organizational leadership, and collaborative partnerships.
A longtime supporter of the Chamber, Randy has served in various volunteer and leadership roles over the years. He is passionate about empowering small businesses, driving sustainable growth, and building strong civic and business relationships across Northwest Arkansas. In addition to his role at the Chamber, Randy continues to serve as Community Development Officer at Generations Bank, where he formerly held the position of Market President.
Randy is deeply committed to transparent communication and active engagement with Chamber members and the broader community. Guided by his leadership philosophy—“Help Others Win”—he works to ensure that individuals, families, and businesses in Siloam Springs have the resources and opportunities they need to succeed.
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
The Director of Community Development for the Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce works to promote and support our community by marketing, hosting community events, and representing our community to others.
Lindsey specializes in event planning and marketing. She can help with your marketing to help draw people to your business and share your story successfully. Lindsey would love to get to know you so be sure to come by the Chamber!
Lindsey received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing from John Brown University. She had a 13-year career in the finance industry before making a change in 2020 and joining the Chamber staff. Lindsey grew up in Siloam Springs and has a passion for connecting others and seeing this community grow and succeed.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DIVERSITY COORDINATOR
The Economic Development Diversity Coordinator seeks to increase and maintain economic development in Siloam Springs through development of programming and outreach in the community.
Daniel specializes in finance and economic portions of businesses and can help bridge the language gap between the hispanic and latino-owned businesses community and others in the Siloam community.
Daniel will graduate from John Brown University in 2023 with a BBA in Finance and Economics. He is an analyst with a passion for finance and banking.
