Arthur Hulbert
PRESIDENT & CEO
The President/CEO of the Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce is the top staff position, reporting directly to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors. The President/CEO oversees all operations and work of the Chamber, and manages staff members and volunteers.
Arthur specializes in networking and business start-up education. He can help you start your business, inform you of current grants and tax credits, and connect you with the right people to set you up for success. Arthur would love to get to know you so be sure to come by the Chamber!
Arthur Hulbert received a Bachelors degree in Health Science and a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas followed by a Doctorate from Rocky Mountain University in Provo Utah. He has taught for several universities, been a published author in a research journal, started and run several successful businesses as well as helped lead a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ in 37 states and Puerto Rico.
Lindsey Taylor
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
The Director of Community Development for the Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce works to promote and support our community by marketing, hosting community events, and representing our community to others.
Lindsey specializes in event planning and marketing. She can help with your marketing to help draw people to your business and share your story successfully. Lindsey would love to get to know you so be sure to come by the Chamber!
Lindsey received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing from John Brown University. She had a 13-year career in the finance industry before making a change in 2020 and joining the Chamber staff. Lindsey grew up in Siloam Springs and has a passion for connecting others and seeing this community grow and succeed.
Tabitha Price
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OUTREACH COORDINATOR
The Economic Development Outreach Coordinator seeks to increase and maintain economic development in Siloam Springs through offering her support through marketing and promotional services.
Tabitha is an energetic, friendly individual that answers the phone, greets office visitors and guests, takes notes during meetings, manages websites, takes photos, and helps with event planning. She is a Siloam Springs native and studied at NWACC. Tabitha is committed to supporting the Siloam Springs Community!
Daniel Escalona
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DIVERSITY COORDINATOR
The Economic Development Diversity Coordinator seeks to increase and maintain economic development in Siloam Springs through development of programming and outreach in the community.
Daniel specializes in finance and economic portions of businesses and can help bridge the language gap between the hispanic and latino-owned businesses community and others in the Siloam community.
Daniel will graduate from John Brown University in 2023 with a BBA in Finance and Economics. He is an analyst with a passion for finance and banking.
